When you make an enquiry, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, event date and type, suburb or venue, guest numbers, menu preferences, dietary needs and anything else you choose to tell us. We may also keep correspondence, quote, invoice and payment records.

The website helps prepare your catering enquiry. The details stay in your browser while you complete the form, then open in your email application. They are only sent to us when you choose to send that email. The website does not create an account or save your unfinished form.

We use personal information to answer enquiries, prepare and manage quotes, plan and deliver catering, meet dietary and venue requirements, process payments, keep business records, resolve concerns and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We may share only what is reasonably needed with our staff, contractors, event venues, professional advisers and service providers that support email, invoicing, payment, website hosting or business records. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No internet or email transmission is completely secure. Some providers may process information outside Australia under their own safeguards and privacy terms.

We keep information only as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, event, accounting, insurance, dispute resolution and legal record-keeping. We then delete it or de-identify it where practical.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Some records must be retained by law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
