These terms apply when you enquire about or book catering with Uz Gözleme, a mobile food truck and market-stall catering business based in Adelaide, South Australia, owned and operated by ORONZA CATERING GROUP PTY LTD, ABN 19 668 838 408.

Who these terms are between
“Uz Gözleme”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ORONZA CATERING GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 19 668 838 408) trading as Uz Gözleme. “Client”, “you” and “your” mean the person or organisation requesting or booking our services. These terms, together with your confirmed quote, form the agreement between us.
Our business and service area
Uz Gözleme is a mobile catering business. We trade from a food truck and market stall, serving hand-rolled Turkish gözleme, kebabs and related dishes, cooked fresh in front of your guests. We are based in Adelaide, South Australia.
We cater private events, weddings, corporate functions, festivals and community events across the greater Adelaide metropolitan area. Events further afield in South Australia are welcome — travel, accommodation or additional staffing costs may apply and will be itemised in your quote before you commit.
Quotes and availability
Every event is quoted personally. We do not publish a set price list because every event is different — your quote reflects your guest numbers, menu mix, date, location and service style. A quote is subject to availability and remains valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, it is valid for three days from issue.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST. Menus and ingredients may change because of seasonality or supplier availability. Where reasonably necessary, we may substitute an item with one of similar quality and will try to let you know.
Booking and deposit
Your event is not confirmed until we accept your booking and receive the $110 deposit. The date stays open to other enquiries until that deposit is paid, so we recommend confirming early — popular dates, especially weekends and festival season, book out.
Once a deposit has been paid it is not refundable. Your date is held from that moment, and the preparation and supplies that go with it are set aside for you. That is the case whatever the reason for the change, unless we have agreed something else with you in writing, or a refund is required by law.
Final details and payment
Please confirm final guest numbers, menu choices, dietary requirements, event access and any staffing needs at least seven working days before your event. If numbers fall after final confirmation, the confirmed number may still be charged, as food and staffing will already have been arranged.
The balance is due two days before your event, unless you have asked us for other terms and we have agreed them with you before then. Additional agreed costs arising during the event — for example, extra service time or additional guests served — may be invoiced afterwards. Payment methods and any applicable surcharge will be stated on the invoice.
Event access, site and equipment
You must provide safe, timely access to the agreed location and tell us about site restrictions, permits, power, water, vehicle access or venue rules before confirming. Our truck needs reasonable space to park and operate; if the site cannot accommodate the vehicle, tell us early so we can plan a stall setup instead.
Any hired equipment and transport will be itemised in your quote. The Client is responsible for loss or damage caused by the Client, guests, venue or venue staff, other than fair wear and tear.
Outdoor events and weather
Much of our work happens outdoors. We can operate in most weather, but extreme conditions — dangerous heat, storms, or total fire ban days — may affect how or whether we can safely serve. If weather threatens your event, talk to us as early as possible and we will work with you on a fair outcome, which may include a revised setup, postponement or credit.
Food, allergens and dietary needs
Tell us about allergies and dietary needs before final confirmation. Our food preparation area and equipment may contain or come into contact with gluten, dairy, egg, nuts and other allergens. We take reasonable care, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Guests with severe allergies should speak with us before booking and make their own informed decision. Food supplied by the Client or another provider may only be served alongside our catering where we have agreed in writing and venue food-safety requirements permit it.
Alcohol
We do not supply, serve or sell alcohol at any event — not at markets, festivals or under catering, and not as part of any quote. Everything on our drinks list is non-alcoholic. Where alcohol is served at your venue, that is the venue's own licence and responsibility, and it sits outside what we provide.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your booking. Your deposit is not refundable once it has been paid, for the reason set out under "Booking and deposit" above, unless we have agreed something else with you in writing or a refund is required by law. The balance is only ever invoiced if it falls due.
If circumstances outside either party’s reasonable control prevent the event — for example, severe weather, government restrictions or emergencies — we will work with you in good faith on a postponement, credit or other fair outcome, taking into account work already completed and costs already incurred.
Liability and your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having them re-supplied.
Photos and website content
Food photographs are for presentation and may not show the exact portion, garnish or arrangement provided at your event. With your permission, we may take photos at your event for our own records and promotion — tell us if you would prefer we didn't.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us in good faith will be subject to the courts of South Australia.
